In onze\u00a0teak productieproces<\/strong>, duurzaamheid staat bij elke stap die we zetten voorop. Door prioriteit te geven aan hergebruik van materialen en afval tot een minimum te beperken, hebben we een productieverlies van minder dan 2% gerealiseerd. Dit is mogelijk gemaakt door geavanceerde technieken en onze toewijding aan recycling, zowel binnen onze teakproducten als voor alternatieve toepassingen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Tijdens de productie monitoren we zorgvuldig het materiaalgebruik om ervoor te zorgen dat vrijwel elk restje materiaal wordt hergebruikt. Het enige afval dat niet kan worden gerecycled<\/a> treedt op tijdens twee specifieke stadia:<\/p>\n

  1. Initi\u00eble verwarmingsinstellingen<\/strong>Aan het begin van de productie wordt een kleine hoeveelheid niet-recyclebaar afval gegenereerd terwijl we de warmte-instellingen finetunen voor optimale productieomstandigheden.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Hergranulering<\/strong>Wanneer overtollig materiaal wordt afgesneden, wordt het opnieuw gegranuleerd en hergebruikt. Hoewel dit proces zeer effici\u00ebnt is, gaat er tijdens het hergranuleren onvermijdelijk een kleine hoeveelheid materiaal verloren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ondanks deze geringe verliezen zijn de materialen die wij produceren 100%-recyclebaar, waardoor ze ook na afloop van hun levenscyclus weer in de productieketen kunnen worden opgenomen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Onze teakhouten producten zijn ontworpen om zeer UV-bestendig te zijn, waardoor ze hun schoonheid en prestaties in de loop van de tijd behouden. Dit vermindert niet alleen de noodzaak van frequente vervangingen, maar draagt ook bij aan de algehele duurzaamheid door de levensduur van het product te verlengen.<\/p>\n\n
