During production, we carefully monitor material usage to ensure that almost every scrap of material is reused. The only waste that cannot be recycled<\/a> occurs during two specific stages:<\/p>\n

  1. Initial Heat Settings<\/strong>: At the start of production, small amounts of non-recyclable waste are generated as we fine-tune the heat settings for optimal manufacturing conditions.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Regranulation<\/strong>: When excess material is cut, it is regranulated and reused. While this process is highly efficient, a small amount of material is inevitably lost during the regranulation process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
