How We Minimize Waste
During production, we carefully monitor material usage to ensure that almost every scrap of material is reused. The only waste that cannot be recycled occurs during two specific stages:
- Initial Heat Settings: At the start of production, small amounts of non-recyclable waste are generated as we fine-tune the heat settings for optimal manufacturing conditions.
- Regranulation: When excess material is cut, it is regranulated and reused. While this process is highly efficient, a small amount of material is inevitably lost during the regranulation process.
Despite these minor losses, the materials we produce are 100% recyclable, ensuring that even after their lifecycle, they can be reintroduced into the production chain.
