METSTRADE 2024 – Our Achievements at the Leading Dutch Marine Industry Exhibition
METSTRADE (Marine Equipment Trade Show) is Europe’s leading marine industry trade fair, held annually in November in Amsterdam. The 2024 edition was once again a remarkable success, reinforcing METSTRADE’s reputation as the most important event in the European boating sector. This year saw a record number of exhibitors and visitors from all over the world, reflecting the sector’s revitalization and the growing interest in innovation.
Focus on Innovation and Sustainability
Sustainability has become a top priority for our company. All of our products are 100% recyclable, and we are increasingly focusing on reducing waste throughout the manufacturing process. In 2024, we began developing a new decking solution made partially from recycled materials, significantly reducing the plastic footprint of the final product. This new solution will be showcased at METSTRADE 2025.
In addition, we achieved a 10% weight reduction on our flagship Dura Teak product—an important step in improving installation efficiency and reducing environmental impact. And we’re not stopping there: we are targeting an additional 30% reduction in weight, which will also be unveiled at next year’s event.
